Obituary of John Hudson Biccum

John Biccum of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the age of 76 years.

 

He joined the Canadian Forces and was stationed in Alert, NWT as a chef.

 

John enjoyed his vacations out to Manitoba where he, along with his wife and family would go fishing at Lake of the Prairies.

 

John is survived by his son, Chris (Annette) Biccum, daughter, Cindy (Ryan) Walker, grandson, Logan Walker; sisters, Allie (Ellery) Mowbray and Wendi (Herb) Shurvell, brother, Tom Biccum; sister in-laws, Donna Lemna and Rhonda Wise. John leaves many nieces and nephews, and his best friend and adoptive family, Gary, and Linda Benson.

 

John was predeceased by his wife, Daphne Biccum, father, Curly Biccum, mother, Flo Biccum, mother in-law, Carol Kraemer, father in-law, Jack Kraemer; and brother in-laws, Doug Lemna and Gary Wise.
