Obituary of Ahssan Ben-Alia
Ahssan Ben-alia beloved partner of Lesa Jasper of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the age of 55 years.
Ben loved truck driving, he was always working on his truck or taking long haul trips across Canada and the United States, with his favourite place being Texas. When he had down time at home, you could always find him having coffee with his buddies. Ben was working hard to get his orchard going in Algeria and looked forward to when he could go back to spend time in the orchard and visit his family.
Besides his loving partner Lesa Jasper, Ahssan is survived by his mother, Lammamra Berkaham; brothers, Ali, Djamel, Zak; and sisters, Abla, Fatiah, Warda and Ismahen, and their spouses all of Algeria. Additionally brother in laws Doug (Leslie) Jasper and Randy (Dawna) Jasper of Calgary. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Ahssan was predeceased by his father, Rabeh Benalia and mother in law Lorraine Jasper.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Akram Jomaa Islamic Center (2612-37th Avenue NE, T1Y 5V7).
