Obituary of Valera Madaline Labey

July 16, 1925 – Windsor, Ontario

May 3, 2022 – Calgary, Alberta

 

Val Labey passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Val is survived by Jim and wife Bonnie, Phillip and wife Marci, Ron and wife Debbie, Murray, and wife Norma, and Phil's former wife Jan and husband Alyster Norman. Val is survived by grandsons and granddaughters, Carla, Joy, Corina, Tina, Teresa, Katie, Kurtis, Michael, and Vanessa, great-grandchildren, Mia, Ayla from Carla and husband Jeff, Zackery, Kennedy, Ty, and Heather from Corina and husband Shawn, Haylee and Kenzee from Tina and husband Chad, and Arabella and Jaxon from Katie and husband Dustan.

 

Val was a World War veteran from the Airforce and raised her family in northern Saskatchewan and British Columbia, she later moved from Dawson Creek to Calgary where she took up Real-estate for many years.
