With sadness we would like to announce the passing of our beloved Aunt Sylvia McLafferty.
Sylvia came to Canada with her sister Dorna in her early 20's. She lived her life devoted to her 2 nephews Jason and Nathan Mikus. Sylvia spent the better part of her life working in the legal field, she was well known to be a hard worker and a person who always put others before herself. Her generosity in helping others was something we admired and was proud of. Later in life her biggest joy was spending time with her 2 great-nieces Cecilija Mikus , Honor Mikus and her great Nephew Julian Mikus. Sylvia was predecssed by her sister Dorna in 1991.
We will be having a Graveside Funeral on June 16, 2014, at 3:30 pm at Queen's Park Cemetery.
