Joshua Moen of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, at the age of 36 years due to post-operative complications of emergency heart surgery in May 2022.

 

Joshua was born in Calgary, AB on November 17, 1985.

 

Joshua is survived by both his parents, Bruce and Margaret Moen. He leaves behind to mourn him, his two sons, Barrett and Chase Moen; and his sister Jolene Moen. His partner and love Aida Martins and her children, Shea and Sebastian Martins-Macmillian, and their extended family.

 

Joshua also leaves behind his many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Harold and Linda Pinel; Cory and Melanie Pinel; Jerry and Penny Adrian; Danny and Emily Adrian; Arlyss Bennett; Amanda Bennett; Todd Bennett; Brent (Bud) Moen; Timothy Moen; Jim Pinel; Debra Lemley. Not to mention numerous other cousins and friends.

 

Joshua was predeceased by all of his grandparents, Walter and Josephine Pinel, Bill and Marlene Moen.

 

There will be a private, family-only, graveside gathering at this time.
