Obituary of Mariola KRAWCZYNSKI

With deepest sadness we, the family of Mariola Krawczynski , announce her passing at Tom Baker Cancer Center , Calgary, Alberta on Sunday June 15, 2014, following a courageous year long battle with leukemia. Mariola was born in Rzeszow, Poland on October 22, 1977. When she was 15 years old, her mother, Grazyna Puterla, sadly passed away from lung cancer leaving her to help raise her younger siblings. Mariola graduated from the University of Information and Technology in Poland, where she earned a Masters degree in Economics. She continued her education upon coming to Canada in 2002, earning a CGA Degree in 2012. She then began her career as a tax auditor for Canada Revenue Agency. Mariola was a good friend and very thoughtful person; an inspiration to many. She will be forever missed by her beloved husband Mark Krawczynski and her two little sons, four and a half year old Jacob and one year old Jack; her brother Marcin Puterla ; sister Paulina Puterla; and father Zbigniew Puterla; as well as her mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law; a niece and nephews. Mariola will be remembered for the pride she took in her home, the pleasure she received from children, the joy in sewing, and most of all, her compassionate and loving heart. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 2 p.m at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 2111, Uxbridge Drive NW, Calgary.
