Dad, it's was true when we said you would live in our hearts forever. I feel you there everyday. I miss your softness and our phone calls, I miss hearing your voice. I long to hug you and share our secret handshake. In August 2022 you came to spend 9 days with me on the island- the memories we made floating the cowichan, playing mini golf and sharing our hearts on the beach bring me so much joy to remeber now though I weep knowing no new memories come, I truly trust you are in a better place. Love you forever, your little dish.
