Obituary of Susan Isabella Weicker

May 29, 1933 – Lima Peru

July 29, 2023 – Calgary, Alberta

 

Susan Weicker, beloved wife of the late Lloyd Weicker, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the age of 90 years.

 

Susan loved to cook and was an avid gardener, golfer, and in her later years, she was an amazingly talented acrylic and watercolour artist. She won a Canada-wide contest for her Christmas card design when she was 89. She believed you are never too old to learn or achieve.

 

Susan is survived by her brother Terry Stevens (Paulette), children, Steven (Adella Rose), Tracy Olsen (Jan), Doug (Sherry), and David. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kameron, Jordan, Eric, Melissa, Sarissa, and Elyse. She was predeceased by her husband Lloyd in 2016. We will all miss her very much.
