Obituary of David HIRST

HIRST, David April 26, 1923, Birstall, Yorkshire, England - July 25, 2014, Calgary, Alberta David Hirst passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014 at the age of 91 years. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Patricia, in 1999, David leaves behind his daughters Sandra (Martin) and Linda (Ken), the lights of his life his two granddaughters, Rebecca and Brittany, and his dear cousin in England, Joyce. He was profoundly grateful for the love and care he received at Bow View Manor, as is his family. A small Memorial Service for family and friends will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME (1708 – 16th Avenue NW) on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., reception to follow.
