Obituary of Barbara DRASKOCZI

DRASKOCZI, Barbara Ann September 07,1933 – August 30, 2014 Barbara Ann Draskoczi beloved wife of Bertalan of Calgary, Alberta, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2014 at the age of 80 years. She is survived by her children Debbie Matchett (Alvin), Sharon Berg (Alvin), Lynn Wabick, Tammy White, and Andrew Draskoczi, her grandchildren, Candy, Ferris, Brock, Silver, and Robert, great-grandchildren Camillia and Nina, and sister Pauline Marek (James.) She will also be remembered by her relatives in Hungary, Frank and Elizabeth and their families. Barb was predeceased by her son Brian and her brother Robert. A Memorial Service will be held at Calgary Crematorium, 3219 – 4 Street N.W. (in the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery, Calgary) on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to express their deepest thanks to everyone who was involved in allowing them to keep Barb at home until the angels came to welcome her.
