Obituary of Geraldine NORGREN

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Geraldine May Norgren on Tuesday, September 2, 2014. Geraldine is survived by her brother, Roger of Ottawa, Ontario, her dearest friends, Rose Boucher and Myrna Russell, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Bengt and Alfreda, her brother, Bob, and sisters-in-law Patty and Gloria. Geraldine’s family moved from Stockholm, Saskatchewan to Trail, B.C. where she lived until her move to Calgary in the early 1960s. She was employed by Imperial Oil prior to her retirement in 1994. A Memorial Service will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4 Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
