Jack Stephen of Calgary AB, passed away on July 29, 2013, surrounded by family. He was born on December 8, 1919 and lived most of his life in Calgary. Jack was a Veteran of World War II, serving throughout the Mediterranean, Europe and Great Britain, with the 8th Field Regiment. He was very involved in Senior Mens Fastball serving as Manager/Coach, and taking his teams to several championships. Jack was a long-time New York Yankees fan. He leaves his family to cherish his memories, his wife Eleanor; children Byron, Tammy, Blake, Keri (Blair), (Linda); grand¬children Mandy (Steve), Malinda (Joel), Michelle (Mike), and Ty, Justin & Shane, Shayla & Bailey; great-granddaughter Payto; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
