Chef Jack This past Monday we lost our greatest blessing. Jack was a man of gentle spirit and steadfast integrity. His warmth and grace will be remembered. His kindness and character shaped and supported those privileged to be his family and friends. Jack was a culinary instructor at S.A.I.T. for over thirty years. His colleagues knew him for his work ethic, his intelligence and his commitment to his students and the culinary field. His life was about serving others and putting their needs before his own. Jack will be sadly missed by his loving wife of twenty five years, Carol; his sons, Jason and Michael; sister, Arden and friends.
