George Lawrence, beloved husband of Janette, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the age of 80 years, with his family by his side. George was born in England, and made Canada his home for forty-five years. Besides his loving wife Janette, he is survived by his son Stephen (Jennifer); daughters Lynda (Terry) and Kathryn (Patrice); grandchildren: Michael, Melissa and Christopher; and great- granddaughter Caitlin. At Georges request there will not be a formal Service, but rather a Celebration of Georges Life was held at his home on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Alberta Lung Association, P.O.
