It is with great sadness that we announce that Pauline (fondly known as ‘Bunny’) passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 10, 2013 in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 92 years. She was a loving mother to James (Andrea) of Halifax and Kevin (Carla) of Calgary, proud grandmother to Nicholas (Shauna) of Calgary, Bradley of Malaysia, Tristan of Edmonton, Jenna of Halifax, Shannen of Calgary and sister to Gerald (Denise) of Montreal. She was predeceased by her husbands, Arthur Power (1983) and Frank Senez (1989), and her brothers, Lorne and Walter. Pauline played many sports, including golf, bowling, curling and lawn bowling. She was also an avid bridge player. She loved following the Canadiens, Alouettes and her beloved Expos. Pauline also enjoyed a 20+ year working career at Bell Canada, spanning a period both before and after raising her children. The family will hold a celebration of her life in Montreal on September 28, 2013 and they would like to thank the nurses and staff at BowCrest Care Center, Calgary, for their care and dedication over the last five years.
