Obituary of Pearl KOZIE

Pearl Gloria Kozie, passed away peacefully with her husband Bill at her side at the Rockyview Hospital on October 3, 2010 at the age of 87 years. She is lovingly remembered by her sons Bill (Diana), Gary (Marion), and Mike; grandchildren Steven (Michelle), Alana (Scott), Philip, Angie (Willy) and Lukas (Shannon); great grandchildren, Faith, Austin, Grady and Megan. Pearl is also survived by her brother Rev. J. C. Martinson (Lorna) of Prince Rupert, BC and sister in law Lillian Kozie of Kenora, ON. Pearl was born and raised in Kenora where she married Bill Kozie on February 12, 1944. The family moved to Calgary in 1957 to the Hillhurst-Sunnyside home where they have since resided. In Calgary, Pearl worked at the Bay downtown and then Sears North Hill. By request there will be no formal services held at this time. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the charity of your choice in Pearls name.
