Obituary of Rolf POIRIER

It is with great sadness we announce that Rolf passed away at home in Calgary, after a struggle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Born in Montreal eighty-one years ago, he relocated to Calgary in 1977. Rolf was a kind and generous man who made many friends in his lifetime. For more than sixty years Rolf was a dear husband to Joan (nee Cartwright); he was a loving dad to Larry (Mary Ann) Poirier and Donna (Terry) Worbets; grandpa to Caryn (Juan) Manzano, Craig Poirier, Katya and Jaclyn Worbets; great-grandpa to Juan Carlos and Giselle Manzano. He is survived by sisters: Lois, Eleanor, and Aldyth; brothers Daniel and Joshua. Rolf was predeceased by Edward, Stephen and Laverne.
