Sheila Spencer passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the age of 55 years. Sheila is survived by her son Jesse James, sister Kay (Doug) Dingman and their children Kristen, Tara and Dalton; sisters Fay (Shawn) Devlin and Bianca Kristensen and brother Carlos Kristensen. A Memorial Service was held at Agap Hospice Garden, 1302 8th Avenue N.W., Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, tributes toward liver research in Sheilas memory may be made by cheque payable to the University of Calgary (Sheila Spencer Fund), c/o Faculty of Medicine Fund Development Office, 3330 Hospital Drive N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 4N1 or online at https://netcommunity.ucalgary.ca/sheilaspencer. In memory of Sheila a tree will be planted in the forest.
