Betty Whalen of Calgary, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2010 at the age of 79 years. Betty is survived by her daughter Kathryn (Dana); grandchildren John (Chellan), Crystal and Chantille and five great grandchildren. Betty was predeceased by her loving husband John in 1996. The family would like to extend their thanks to all the staff at the Foothills Medical Centre for their care and kindness. A private family service will be held at a later date.
