Dale M. Berard of Calgary passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013 at the age of 56 years.
Dale is survived by his two sons Jason and Dex; mother Jean; sister Brenda; and brother Danny. Memorial Service details to follow.
A Memorial Service will be held at Crossroads Community Church, 912 - 19 Street NE, Calgary, AB (Mayland Heights), PH: (403) 276-1263 with reception to follow. As Dale loved golfing, friends and family are encouraged to wear a golf shirt or item.
