It is with great sadness that Verna (John) and Terry (Nancy) announce the passing of their mother.
For many years Lil and Ben travelled south to Arizona making many close and lasting friendships.
Left to mourn are her grandchildren Darren (Kari), Tammy (Kirby), Wayne, Teryn and Brett; 5 great grandchildren Kylie, Tim, Evan, Josh and Brady; as well as her sisters Merle (Paul) and Sheila.
She was predeceased by her husband Ben in 1989 and her brother Russell.
A Celebration of Lils life was held at the family residence in Calgary on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
