Jean Clarke, beloved wife of the late Gerald E. Clarke, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the age of 89 years.
Jean will be sadly missed by her children Lynn Ross of Saskatoon and Colin Morton of Ottawa, and their families; step-children Eric Clarke of Calgary, and John Clarke of Nanaimo, and their families; grandchildren David and Kathy Ross, Jeffrey Morton, Karen Meyer.
Jean grew up in Thornhill, Ontario and lived in Calgary for over fifty years. For many years she was employed by CIBC. After retirement she remained active and made many friends, most recently at the Arbour Lake Retirement Home.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held at Northminster United Church, 3311 Centre Street North, Calgary, Alberta T2E 2X7 on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queens Park Cemetery. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
