Obituary of Celine BELL

Please share a memory of Celine to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Born on the Straits of Belle Isle to Sarah and Hubert Williams, Céline dwelt on the Red Bay on the Labrador until she moved to New Brunswick with her family. Her love of nursing gave her many opportunities in private and hospital practice, first in maternity and neonatal units, and later with the RCAF where she met Hugh.Following their marriage in 1945, they moved to southern Manitoba until Hugh’s work took them to Céline’s beloved Yukon for ten years, to central Alberta for 30 years, and finally to Calgary where their daughters reside.Always ready for new experiences, Céline continued her positive approach to life and learning after Hugh’s passing, and travelled until her 98th year. Predeceased by her sister Drucie, and brother Bill, Céline leaves daughters Elizabeth (Yvan Dubé), Stephanie (Roger Wilson); four grandchildren, Michel Dubé (Denise), Stéphan Dubé (Marla), Keith Wilson (Lindsay), and Simon Wilson (Maddison); and three great- grandchildren. Céline was a loving wife, mother and true friend to all she met, and will be dearly and deeply missed by family and friends around the world.
