Daniel Bernard Fortin passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012.
He is survived by his loving mother Mary Jane; his father Maurice; brother Yves and sister-in-law Alaina; nephew Dominique and niece Lily-Anne; his large extended family in Quebec and Alberta; and many friends in Calgary.
A Celebration of Daniels Life was held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com. Donations in Daniels memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
