Ken Dawson of Calgary passed away at Rosedale Hospice at the age of 78 years, finally at peace after a long courageous battle with COPD and cancer.
He who lives in the hearts, never dies. . .
Ken will always be remembered for his charm, wit and highly acknowledged writing skills which were especially devoted to the COPD cause in the last few years. His sharp mind and all encompassing knowledge will never be forgotten.
He leaves behind family and friends that will cherish and share his memory: Dagmar, his loving wife of 36 years, daughter Simone (Frank); Jerry (Florine); and grandchildren Mia and Natalie.
