Obituary of Adam DOREY

Adam Dorey beloved husband of Rose Dorey of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012 at the Chinook Hospice, at the age of 90 years. Adam was born in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan and moved to Calgary in 1954. He was a retired City of Calgary Transit Bus Driver and was a life member of the Amalgamated Transit Union. He loved 10 pin bowling, playing cards and listening to music. He was a life member of the Calgary 10 Pin Bowling Association. Adam will always be remembered by all that loved him as having huge hands and an even bigger heart. Adam is survived by his loving wife Rose of 67 years; son Jack Dorey; daughters Fran (Barney) Hunsperger and Lynn Dorey; grandsons Darren (Charlene) Dorey, Darcy (Charlene) Dorey of Calgary, Mathew Monast, Michael Monast of Victoria; great-grandchildren Brooklyn, Khloe, Jayden of Calgary; brother Ray Dorey of Winnipeg, MB and sister Edna Hendrick of Esterhazy, SK.
