Obituary of Laverne SUMMERHAYS

Laverne John Summerhays of Calgary and formerly of Canmore, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2012 at the age of 62 years. Laverne is survived by his beloved mother, Florence Lewis of Canmore, his daughter, Kerrie; son, Gale; grandson, Benjamin; sister, Linda Weller; three brothers, Lorne (Donna), Roy and Gary (Pattie) as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Jack Summerhays in 1996. Laverne was a spirited person throughout the many challenges he faced during his life. Laverne will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched.
