Mrs. Helena Prokop passed away peacefully after a brief illness on June 15, 2012 at Rockyview General Hospital.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Alicia; sons Czeslaw, Andrew and their families; as well as numerous relatives and friends in Canada and Poland.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY QUEEN of PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2111 Uxbridge Dr. N.W. on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
