Al was a successful man who started his career in the oil patch as a roughneck and worked his way up the ranks to become a field supervisor in Saskatchewan and Alberta retiring in 1989 after 32 years with Placid Oil Company. Al’s talent for building things was evident in the many projects he undertook for his home, family and friends.
