Obituary of Allan WILLIAMS

Jim Williams beloved husband of Marge Williams of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the age of 70 years. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Marge; children, Wayne Williams (Christina), Cathy Evans (Todd), Amber Williams; granddaughters, Rhyse, Avery and Dylan. As well by his sister Sally (Tom), brother and sisters in England, uncle James Fedorak and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Jim was a wonderful father, role model and mentor who valued family above all else. His granddaughters were the light of his life. He had fond memories and endless stories of growing up in the little coal mining town of Mercoal Alberta. A long time member of the Calgary Transportation club and active behind the scenes in politics, Jim was a valued contributor to the community. He was a truly great person who was always there to support family and friends. He was kind hearted and beloved by all. As per his wishes a Private family service will be held. A private gathering at the family home will also be held on Sunday at 2pm.
