Edna (Cass) Fisher of Cochrane passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the age of 80 years.
Cass was born in Morecambe, England to William and Sarah Casson. She was a Registered Nurse in England and immigrated to Canada with her family in 1969. Cass was an avid lover of animals and always had dog treats in her pocket. During her life she enjoyed being outdoors, working in her flower beds and walking her dogs. For the last few years she lived with her loving granddaughter Sandell (Marty). This allowed her to remain in her home which made her very happy.
Cass is survived by her daughters Sally (Mike) Yakwichuk and Jayne (Phil) Lehn, her son Jonathan (Robin) Fisher, grandchildren Sandell, Julia and Wyatt and her 92 year old twin sisters, Florence and Margaret, who currently live in Morecambe, England. She was predeceased by her brother Leslie and her parents; William and Sarah Casson (Smails).
