I know that my parents, Jim and Phyl Whiteford, would have wanted to send condolences to your family. Dad and Mom both liked and enjoyed socializing with your mother, and I know that Mom loved living in the same building as Elsie, until she moved to her new place. I offer, on behalf of the Whiteford family, my thoughts and prayers to your family in this very difficult time, and these difficult circumstances.
