Dear Uncle,
I am Mridula's friend from India. I was with her in All Saints. I met you last year in June at your house. I am thankful I got to meet both you and Aunty together. That meeting is etched in my memory so clearly. Aunty and you were so happy. I felt so touched by your warmth and love. If a person could give so much love in just an hour or two I can imagine how much love she must have showered on you all through those 58 years. I am feeling so shocked that Aunty is no more.Please accept our heartfelt condolences. We are with you in this hour of grief. Cherish her memories and always remember her with a smile on your face as she led a good life and you were the perfect companion for her. Whenever I visit Calgary I will come to visit you.

I'm sad to know the passing away of the noble lady, Raj Gupta, to the eternal abode.
Though Mr & Mrs Gupta and me lived in Nigeria, but at different times and in different cities. Therefore, we had never met in Nigeria. Yet, I had the good luck of meeting them at the Sri Satya Sai Baba Centre of Calgary. However, I learnt more closely about Mrs Raj Gupta during my visits to her in the hospital where Guptas had time to chat and also share with me the abundant grace they were fortunate to have of our Swami Sri Satya Sai Baba. It was in the hospital that I met Mridula & Alkarim and Pradeep & Sunita.
After a cherished and fulfilled life, Raj has retired to the ultimate Home. May the Lord give courage & fortitude to her family members, relatives and friends to bear the irreparable loss, and may the departed soul rest in perfect peace. Amen!

I was so saddened to learn of the loss of Raj Gupta. Raj was such a hard-working and positive person...it was truly inspiring how she was always pushing herself to do better (even when she was visibly tired). The love that surrounded the Gupta family was very sincere and welcoming. I loved hearing stories from family members of their life adventures and achievements. Raj was an absolute pleasure to work with and will be greatly missed.

The world has lost a special person in Raj Gupta. There are some who make the world a better place. Raj Gupta was one of these. Gentle, yet strong. Kind, yet determined. Focused, and caring of those around her. Her ability to fight with dignity, and yet be thoughtful of those around her was inspiring. In her last days, she achieved what would have been impossible to most of us, overcoming great odds to spend more time with her beloved family. A superhuman feat to most of us.
Truly, a role model of how to love, and how to be loved. Thank you Raj, for what you have taught me about strength, perseverance, kindness, being a mother, and most importantly, love of family and friends.

It is with a heavy heavy heart we came to know about the news of Mamiji,s passing on.We got the news when we were enroute to South America and our thoughts were with the family and particularly Mamaji who loved her so much and was so dedicated to her. Mamiji was an embodiment of love and made so many people feel so loved, it is impossible to fully be able to do justice to her wonderful personality, full of radiance and kindness.In the most difficult circumstances she readily was able to share her love and sage advise. from the first time we met her 18 years ago, she took us to be a part of her family and treated us to her unconditional love and kindness.We will miss her physical presence but we know her love and spirit will always guide us. we sincerely pray for her soul to rest in peace and pray For her onward journey.

I was honored to be one of nurses of Raj Gupta at RGH 9th floor. She was always grateful for whatever I could do for her even when she was suffering from pain. I am grateful to have known her a little and to have met some of her family. Please accept my condolences for your loss.
