Obituary of Elizabeth Margaret Quinton WOLFE

Betty Wolfe of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the age of 88 years.
Betty was a native Calgarian. She attended Crescent Heights High School, and graduated from UBC in 1949. After marriage in 1950, she and Howie lived in Vancouver before moving back to Calgary. She earned a B.Ed from the University of Calgary in 1971, followed by an M.Ed. in 1981. Betty taught Home Economics for many years with the Calgary Separate School Board. She was a lifelong music lover and singer, a dedicated teacher and a loving mother and grandmother.
Betty is survived by her children Ann Calvert, Evelyn, Ted, John and Patricia Wolfe and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Howarth in 2006.
A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Cross Anglican Church (2828 - 19th Street N.W.) on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 12 noon. A Graveside Service will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Please forward condolences through www.calgarycrematorium.com
