About 35 years ago Keith and Gerry gave me a job in their home machine shop on Pipers Hill back in Ontario. I remember working on John’s Spitfire parts. I was a high school kid, hooked on becoming a machinist. You weren’t very big then Morgan, lol. That start your mom and dad gave me has led to a good life of machining that continues. About a year before Keith passed we crossed paths again here in Alberta, funny how we both ended up in the west a few hours apart after so many years. You guys have great parents, I’m very honoured to have known them. Dave Hoover

Keith, I didn't even know you left the world. You taught me a lot about jazz. I will miss you forever. I will join you in a few years my friend.

Dear Morgan, Cameron and Allison
I im so deeply saddened by the passing of my dear friend and former business partner Keith (akaRJ) As well s being a gifted musician and machinist we shared a love of Model aircraft. He designed the retractable landing gear for our MK-XII Model Spitfire, Which we displayed at Middle Wallop England in 1986.
You are deeply missed old friend god speed

In addition to being a committed musician and rational parent, Keith was also a wonderful conversationalist. Although we only spoke via email a few times a year without meeting for decades, these were deeply personal and thoughtful talks... I will miss my step-brother-in-law, and John has lost another brother. Rest in peace, Keith.

I can't express how much I enjoyed the time I spent with Keith at my home recording studio, The Sundae Sound
Recording Studio ,and Long and McQuade Music.
An excellent musician and delightful human being.
When I think of Keith I recall his look of pure enjoyment to be making and recording music.
Thanks Keith, for the opportunity to have know and to have worked with you.
Sincerely,
Rob Bartlett

Connie and I are deeply saddened and were shocked upon hearing the news of Keith's death.
He was such a compassionate person, and I was so fortunate to have had him perform on so many
occasions at my club Beat Niq. I had the honour of him being an instrumental part of my c.d.
recording back in 2009, and was fortunate to have him join myself on some very memorable gigs
both in town and abroad.
I will never forget his smile and wit. He was and will always be such a fine gentleman and class act.
My condolences to all of the family.
