Gerry's obituary in this morning's Herald brought forth many wonderful memories of your Dad and of course Jean. We lived beside your family in Briar Hill and I used to babysit all of the children. Gerry also gave the toast to the bride at my wedding, so my memories are very happy ones indeed. We tried to have a Christmas lunch last year, but Gerry had other appointments and sadly it will not happen this year. My deepest condolences - I was fortunate to have both of your parents in my life and I can recall so many good times. The garden on Briar Crescent and the produce was another fond memory.
