My condolences to you all.
I was very shocked to read of Dave's passing in the Herald. I will always remember Dave for his friendly, welcome greeting and helping hand to myself in many instances over my career at AGT/TELUS. It was interesting to note that he was in Edmonton for a short stint, a city where I grew up and started working for AGT, before coming to Calgary, where I met Dave. In Edmonton I also worked close to his brother Ken and our relationship got started from that association. Our mutual love of golf was another area that we enjoyed together, both on the course and talking about it at various events.
He was a great guy in all respects and I will miss seeing him at future events.
