I am sending my deepest condolences to Linda's family and friends. I gardened with her for several seasons at the Brentwood Community Garden. I always greatly enjoyed our visits - she was such a kind, generous person with so many interests.

We are so sorry to learn of Linda's passing. We met Linda in 2010 during the planning and build of the Brentwood Community Garden... we were so impressed by her passion and enthusiasm for the project. Throughout its years of operation she remained a wonderful advocate and avid supporter of the project, where she generously shared her knowledge with all. It was very special to see her at the garden showing curious visitors around and explaining the various veggies growing in the different garden beds. Over the years we enjoyed many hours of her company and shared our own memories with one another of growing up on a farm, gardening, and cooking. We will miss our friend and colleague greatly. We hope that the joyful memories of a life well-lived, will provide comfort and peace to Linda's family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. As a fellow gardener I consider myself fortunate to also have called her "friend". I will miss her physical presence at the Community Garden but I know her spirit will be with us. May the fond memories you have of Linda sustain you in this time of sorrow.
Sincerely,
Cathie Kernaghan

I was so sorry to learn of Linda's passing. Though I did not know Linda all that well, whenever I encountered her, she was always most friendly and helpful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about gardening and ever so willing to contribute her time to assist others.
May Linda's family have joyful memories of the special times which you shared over the years. She will be fondly remembered by fellow "Brentwoodians". Lee Hunt

Linda could plant the seeds for a garden in late June and it would be among the most beautiful by July. She was so kind to my children and wonderful to sit and talk to on a summer afternoon. She will be greatly missed in Brentwood.

We offer our condolences to Linda's family on the loss of their mom and sister. We met Linda through the efforts to start up the Brentwood Community Garden. Linda was so knowledgeable about gardening and so generous and kind in sharing that knowledge plus her time. Her efforts were crucial to the establishment of the community garden.
Linda always spoke fondly of her family and was very proud of her "boys" and their partners.
May your memories of your mom bring you comfort.
