Fred was my favourite cousin, we spent hours body building and hanging out. He was a year and a half older than me but was so strong and I admired him for his confidence in himself and his charisma. I regret not having the chance to see him more often over the years but the times when we were able to get together were always fun and filled with laughter. I miss him and Leona and I send our sincere condolences to Chris and family.
