I wish to convey my sincerest condolences Louie's family on her passing. For the last few months, I worked at the Bethany and had the honour of meeting and chatting with Louie when bringing her laundry to her. Louie was one of the residents who made my day brighter and will definitely be missed. Such a sweet lady.
