Obituary of Heinz Frank LEMMER
Heinz Lemmer, beloved husband of Susan Lemmer (nee Massing) of Calgary, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the age of 63 years.
Heinz loved the land and built up a successful cattle operation through hard work and dedication to his animals and their husbandry. Off the farm, Heinz worked for years as a veterinary pharmaceutical sales representative over a wide area of south-central Alberta and eastern British Columbia, developing a broad client base in the cattle industry. Many of these clients became his friends. Heinz was a man of his word. He was steadfast in his friends, enjoyed a good laugh and banter around his unwavering rural conservative perspective.
Heinz is survived by his mother Hedwig; wife Susan; son Kyle and daughter Melissa; sister, Ruth and brother-in-law Quentin; niece Emma; nephew Tristan; brother-in-law Barry and sister-in-law Karrie. He will be sorely missed by his extended family and friends.
An outdoor Celebration of Life will be held this summer, details of which will be announced at a later date.
