Gerry was a dear and special friend to Laurie and I over the last 16 years; he was a part of our family during Christmas, holidays, birthdays, and weekends where we would have dinners at each others homes and share opinions and memories. Life has a habit of intertwining lives and generations; Gerry as a father to Steve who was friends with Danny Jost whose sister Laurie I married 19 years ago. We have actually known of each other since the 1980's; even if through different parties. Gerry came into our lives again and never left our hearts since.
On behalf of Laurie Troy-Deibert and Greg Deibert we will always remember our dear friend Gerry. May he join our other loved ones who have passed before him such as Peter Troy and my father Bob Deibert; awaiting him with a cold beer and a pool cue. God bless our good friend Gerry!
