Dr. Thomas Meagher, beloved husband of the late Barbara Dianne Meagher of Calgary, passed away on March 15, 2014 at the age of 81 years.
He was an avid outdoorsman who loved the history of Western Canada, bird watching and politics. Dr. Tom Meagher served Calgary as a veterinarian from 1969 to 1996.
He is survived by daughter Sheila Meagher; son Mike (Sandra) Meagher, son Bob (Lisa); grandchildren Gareth, Seamus, Fyona, Bailey and Georgia; brother Dennis and sister Marilyn.
Tom was predeceased by his loving wife Dianne and his sister Margaret.
Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
