In a family as big as ours, it's often hard to carve out ways to connect on a more personal level. However, my Dad would often make sure he picked me up for lunch of coffee, and then we'd scoot over and pick up Auntie Lois, so she could join us! Dad was always excited for us to have extra time to catch up over fish and chips, and I loved having special time with Auntie Lois! There were always a lot of laughs and a lot of memories shared around the table! Due to the fact that Maddy and Tay went to the same schools as Em and Teagan, our family got to share a lot of time over the past several years with Auntie Lois attending concerts and Grads and choir performances! I loved seeing her and visiting with her! What an honor and blessing it's been to have the lion's share of fantastic Aunts in my life! Lois was one of the best and most beautiful! I have been impacted, changed and challenged by her level of service, dedication, positivity, creativity, suppport, courage and graciousness.
~Sharing your loss, and wishing you much love,
Christie Seymour

I was very sad to learn of Lois's passing. Lois had such a huge impact on the lives of so many children throughout her career, not to mention all of the teachers as well.
I will always fondly remember her unbridled, contagious enthusiasm at our softball games.
My sincerest condolences to Lois's family.

I am one of the many, many teachers who had their lives brightened by Lois’s warmth and smiles every day. She made a real, caring connection with all of us. I have so many good memories of Lois. She was one of the nicest people I have ever known. She will be missed.

Auntie Lois will always be remembered for her love of life. Her smile that lit up a room and the beautiful twinkle in her eye that made everything alright. I will always remember her dancing. Always dancing. Her team was her family and always spoke of you all often. Telling such great stories and laughing. Auntie Lois will be forever missed.
Hugs to all
Heather

Lois was the Aunt everyone wished for. A warm and caring spirit towards family and friends: to the relentless dedication for students
in the many schools she worked at. We'll miss her smile and her love.
Love Tammy, John and Family.

I can only speak for myself but I will tell you that Lois was a very special person. The past year has been a tremendous challenge for me personally and when I needed to get back under control I would call Lois. We are pretty close in age but in a short period of time I felt I could share my personal emotions and challenges with her and always got incredible advice. Since losing my own Mother about 8 years ago I lost that person that I could talk to at that level. Then Lynnette introduced me to the family and from that time forward we developed a special relationship. I relied on her advice and counsel especially this past nearly 2 years of sadness and wondering if I would lose my own gal who suffered from a rough illness. She will be missed by so many. I can only say THANK YOU for letting me meet and know Lois and may she rest in heaven now!

We will miss Auntie Lois so much! An absolute genuine and kind person. So many great memories to cherish. She told me once a very long time ago that I shouldn’t spend so much cleaning my house but spend more time playing with my kids. She was right of course and that was so true with Lois and her own children. Her family was the most important thing in her world. Missing her so much. Love and hugs xoxo.
