Obituary of Sahadevan E RAJAH
Devan Rajah of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the age of 60 years.

Dear Father God,
Thank You for my brother Devan, who sponsored all of us to migrate to Calgary, Canada as permanent residents. Hence I was able to receive a student loan to complete my degree, which took eight years. Without the loan, I wouldn’t have made it. Devan was a generous and kind brother who would bring luggage full of requests we had asked for when he came to S’pore to do business. His school friends in S’pore loved him very much. He knew how to make friends and stick with them. Due to his medical problems, he suffered close to the end of his life. I have learnt a lot from Devan's life but the most important lesson of his life was how we finish our life is more important than how we start. Just as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 3:13-14:
- “No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead,
- I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us." In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
