It was a beautiful summer day. I happened to look out the window and I spotted Richard puttering around in the back yard. This was no surprise as both he and Arlene were often out there. Anyways I was busy in the house and a while later I happened to look out the window and there I saw Richard lying on the grass. I didn’t know if he was okay or not so I quickly ran down stairs and out the back door over to their yard. I called out to him to see if he was ok. Well, he sat up and had that little smile of his on his face and told me he just decided to lie down in the grass. That it was such a beautiful day he wanted to watch the clouds go by. What a wonderful thing to do on such a beautiful day. We all need to follow Richard’s example and lie down on the grass and watch the clouds go by especially after the year we’ve had. I don’t know if he ever realized how he’d scared me that day but we did have a good chuckle afterwards. I miss them every time I look out that window. Vicki

Dear David, Cathy, Dale and Tara, We send you our deepest condolences with the passing of your dad and grandpa. Your dad and mom were wonderful friends and neighbours.
