July 10,2014 Dear Brian, I am so sorry of your loss of my dear friend Frances. I do hope you remember me and my sister from Parkland,we were at your house so much during our childhood. When someone stole our bikes from our backyard,Frances was there and bought us brand new bikes...she taught me how to ride a horse and even let us use the pasture for Tony.Frances was like a second mother to me and I wish I had more time with her.. I love you both to pieces... I know she is in a better place being the guardian angel she is. I remember so many times being at your house,when you renewed your vows in the living room(: Kari and I would color at the kitchen table all the time...baking horse treats... I was so blessed to have her,and I can't wait to see her again. Take care Brian I love you so Sarah Feaver

June 28,2014 Dear Brian, I heard about Frances passing and just wanted to send you my deepest condolences,she was such a wonderful lady and was such a big part of my life when I lived in Parkland.I was truly blessed to have her in my life,with my girls, she was such a friend to all of us,like a sister to me, and my girls loved her like an aunty.They were very sad to hear the news too. June 6,2014 Dearest Brian, Thankyou for letting me know.Please know that I am holding you up in prayer and support as you grieve the leaving of your precious Frances.Even typing her name brings images to my mind of her great smile,sassy ways and HUGE heart. Knowing her was a blessing and honor for me.And I was always touched by the great love you expressed toward her and she in return.Know you are muched loved,as is Frances...she has left this place...but is not gone...just ahead of the journey from the rest of us. June 6,2014 Hola Brian & Family Deb & I are deeply saddened at the loss of Frances.We know she must have fought to the very end as the trooper she was.We will never forget the hospitality you both shared with us in Mexico.We had plenty of laughs which we will always remember.Thankyou for letting us know of the loss. I'm so sorry to hear of Frances's passing! My heart goes out to Brian & the Family, as I know she kept everyone hopping. She was truely one of a kind! Will remember how big of a kick she got out of someone in PV.saying, that she was my younger sister, her being a couple of years older, of course. Made her day & night.Enjoyed alot of laughs & memories together in PV. She'll be missed!LOL Kerr
