Dearest family of late Helen,
We were introduced to Helen and her husband (late Meghnata Raicar) some 30 years ago. Ten years ago, I met a Helen, at MacDonald's, with fellow parishioners from St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Calgary. I mentioned this earlier meeting to her because I could still picture the face of the person we had met. To our surprise, Helen confirmed that encounter. We were so happy to learn of it and we renewed our acquaintance. She was such a quiet, calm person, always with a smile and giggle.
We offer our sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to her son and the extended family.

Know this is the hardest time of your life. Losing a parent is losing a part of your self, your mother loved you a lot and still loves you from somewhere up there. My heartfelt condolences to David and the extended family members of Helen. I knew Helen for 14 years and ever since we were in touch with each other. I got to know her husband, Megnatha Raikar, from Goa, India. She just died 3 days before Megnatha could complete 5 years of his death. May her soul rest in peace and may Megnatha's soul rest in peace too. I am in touch with Ratish Raikar, her nephew in Goa, India. I have offered a Mass for her soul as soon as I got her news of death. I will pray the Month's Mind Mass on August 22, 2022. May the Good Lord Jesus console you all at this time...
