It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Pauline Schneidmiller on June 28, 2014 at the age of 84 years.
She was born and raised in Olds and spent her married life in Calgary. Known as the Cookie Lady, Mary was well loved by the many lives she touched. She was known for her generous heart, kind spirit, and positive outlook.
Mary will be lovingly remembered by her son Gene (Dianne) and daughter Wendy (Richard); grandchildren Trevor (Lauren), Doug (Natalia), Sheldon (Jill), Robert (Stacy), Jeff (Brisa), Wes (Kelly), Kyle (Sara), and Graham; as well as her great-grandchildren Claire, Audrey, Tyler, Austin, Summer, Brendon, Reese, Kyan, Kira, Keona, Nathan, Riley and Molly.
Mary was predeceased by Doug, the love of her life and husband.
A Celebration of Marys Life will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.

The family expresses a special thank you to all of the friends and neighbours who supported Mary so caringly in her last years of life. We are especially thankful to Jenny, Maggie, Kim and Dennis for their consistent and loving support of Mary. Special thanks to the Home Care Palliative Care team for their support in keeping Mary at home up to her final few days.
