Norm Parson was one of my instructors when I started automotive mechanics, and later he was a colleague when I also taught at SAIT. He was a brilliant instructor with the ability to make hard things simple to understand, I very much enjoyed working with him and spending time chatting. My condolences to his family on his passing.
